The service is applicable to persons aged 18 years old or above. Patients are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.

The fee will be quoted based on the complexity of the clinical conditions, patients will be required to submit their medical reports for doctor review and evaluations prior to scheduling the consultation.

1. The service offer is valid from 18 May 2026 until 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. The service is available for eligible new and existing patients and is subject to doctor’s decision on whether the patient is suitable for remote second medical opinion service. Eligible patients are persons who are: 18 or above holding a valid identity card.

4. The fee for remote second medical opinion service with designated doctors is as follows
• Starting from HK$1,300, fee will be quoted base on doctor review and evaluation of patient medical reports.
5. Doctor’s review and evaluation of patients’ medical reports to determine suitability for the second opinion telemedicine service will take at least five (5) working days.
6. The Customers will be asked to verify the identity as HSBC Customers by appointment made through Medical Concierge of Global Private Banking/ Premier Elite or showing HSBC Global Private Banking Mastercard® Debit Card/ HSBC Premier Credit Card/ HSBC ATM Card/ HSBC HK Mobile Banking app to enjoy the offers.
7. Clients are required to present their valid identity cards and submit medical reports for evaluation prior scheduling and start of the virtual consultation.
8. Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong or Mainland China at the time of consultation.
9. The service will be provided by designated doctor at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
10. Payment must be made with HSBC Mastercard® Debit Card, HSBC Credit Card or HSBC UnionPay ATM Card to enjoy the HK$200 discount offers.
11. Specialist's follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the second medical opinion service.
12. The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.
13. The service is offered to self-pay patients only, direct billing is not applicable.
14. The service cannot be used in conjunction with other packages.
